The selected candidate will perform as under :-

 

·  Demonstrates knowledge of materials, pattern making, and the fitting of footwear

·  Manages the design direction and translates market input into innovative designs

·. Offers creative input for the design teams.

·  Contributes design solutions

· Uses knowledge of costing and shoemaking to develop cost efficient product

·. Participates in field research to identify customer’s expectations

·.Travels to enhance design trend/ knowledge

·. Strong interpersonal communication skills - written and oral

 

Education: The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Fashion Designing from a recognized university.

 

Experience: Should have at least one year of work experience in Designing.

 

Knowledge:The successful candidate will have knowledge of  processes principles & scientific techniques used for Footwear Designing.

Marketing Officer    

 

The selected candidate will perform as under:-

 

1.       Maintaining Marketing strategies to meet the organization objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible:

·         To look after the sale of assigned area.

·         Preparation of monthly sales reports.

Education: MBA Marketing

Experience: Should have 3 years experience in sales (FMCG/Retail).

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 

Estate Manager:

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible:

·         Hunting of new places for the company by market surveys.

·         Negotiate the terms and conditions of rental or lease agreements with landlord.

·         Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of income and expenditures from property operations.

 

Education: Minimum Graduation

Experience: Should have at least 3 years working experience in same area.

Know-how of property related legal issues.

 

Group Shop Manager (North Region):

 

The selected candidate will be responsible:

·         Sales forecasting and achievement of targets with effective stock management.

·         Staff training and development for highest possible customer service standards at retail outlets.

·         Supervise and monitor the shops operations.
