Q1. How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the Borjan Website, click on the "add to bag" button beneath the items that you wish to purchase.

Q2. How do I place an order on Borjan Website?

Once your desired item is added to the shopping cart just click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner and select continue to checkout, you can either checkout as a Guest or you can sign up to get latest updates. Afterwards you just need to provide personal details and select the order now button to place your order.

Q3. How safe is my personal information?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the checkout process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Q4. What are your payment options?

Borjan offers its customers a variety of payment methods. You can purchase through Master Card, Visa Card, Credit Card, Debit Card and COD (cash on delivery) service.

Q5. How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (business days), excluding public holidays and weekends. Any orders placed on Sunday will be shipped in coming week.

Q6. How can I track my delivery?

Once you have placed your order, we will email you a Customer invoice Number or Order tracking number. With the help of this number you can track your order easily on relevant courier website.

Q7. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Orders are dispatched once you confirmed via robocall 04238029000 or our Customer Care Officer has verified all of your details. Once the verification process is done your order will be immediately shipped and will reach you within 3-5 working days depending on the delivery.

Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Borjan or the carrier.

Q8. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email and we will offer you a voucher/refund or alternative availability date where possible.

Q9. What are the delivery charges?

PKR 100/- will be charged on order value of less than PKR 3,000. We provide free shipping for orders valued above PKR 3,000 in Pakistan.

Q10. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

Borjan only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive an article with a defect, contact our Customer Service department 042-111-BORJAN (267-526)

Q11. What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you have accidentally, receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service 042-111-BORJAN (267-526)

Q12. Can I exchange my order?

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. Instore exchanges require customers to have the original invoice and all the tags intact for the purchased article. If customers are dissatisfied with the item or have ordered and received the size that won’t fit them then they would be asked to drop off the purchased item at a given location. However, if the item is defected or incorrect then the article will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep within 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Sale articles are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Q13. Are there any additional charges on exchange?

We will not charge for any exchange orders if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged or incorrect. If the customer wishes to exchange the article, even if the order was correct, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s).

Q14. How long will the exchange process take?

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process. However, you can exchange your order at any of our outlets after confirmation if the product is available at the respective outlet. Please have the order confirmation email and order invoice with you when you want to make an in-store exchange for an online order.

Important Note: If our team is unable to establish contact with you for an exchange order, for any reason from your side, then your exchange request will be automatically closed on the third day of your exchange request generation.

Q15. Which articles are not exchangeable?

Fragrances, accessories and Sale articles do not qualify for exchange.

Q16. Split order delivery?

If you order two or more articles there is the possibility that you received the order separately. You will receive 2 separate tracking numbers so that you can easily track your respective packages. For Cash on Delivery orders, you will have to pay the COD amount separately for the split orders.

Q17. Refund Policy?
Refunds are not in cash - the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY,  which can be used immediately or in the future. If your order was paid than we issue the coupon/refund within 7 to 10 working days.

Q19. Is this safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, the information is transmitted safely with SSL encryption. Only Safe Electronic Commerce (SEC) transactions will be accepted for payments using Visa and MasterCard. After verifying that the card is secured under the SEC system, the system will contact the card's issuing bank so that the buyer can authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

We deliver all over Pakistan through courier services.

Q21.How do I address a quality problem with a shoe?

If you encounter any problem with our product, please refer to the store of purchase with the original cash memo. The store manager would be able to assist you or you call our Customer Service department 042-111-BORJAN (267-526)

Q22.How do I use a Gift card or Credit voucher code that was issued to me?

You will see a field named "Discount Code" during your checkout. Enter the code in this field and you will get the promised discount or credit. 

Q23.Can I open Cash on Delivery Package without making the payment to the Courier first?

No. You can’t open the package without making the payment to the courier, however you will always have an option of exchange in case the delivered product not found up-to your expectations.
