Refund policy
Products purchased from the Website can be exchanged at the nearest Company’s outlets within 7 days from the delivery date by producing the original receipt, provided the products are unused, unworn and undamaged.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
- At the time of Exchange, the Company will only offer a replacement against products which are available in the outlets.
- Claim/Exchange will be entertained on current price only.
Non-Exchangeable items:
Gift cards, Jewellery, Accessories, Bags.
There Will be no Refund/Exchange/Return on discounted items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/Call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your reimbursement will be processed, and a code will be sent to use on Borjan.com.pk to shop similar amount for any product.

Our Customer Care Department will review and respond to your queries as quickly as possible.
The Company’s outlet will recover the difference in cash against sale if the value of the replaced product exceeds the original value.
The decision of the Company will be considered final in all scenarios.
